This fall, Big Class is coming to classrooms throughout New Orleans with two new workshops: Good Troublemakers and Spooky Stories.

Shop our newest publications! In the 2016-2017 school year, we published two perfect-bound books: a collection of personal histories by 11th graders entitled History Between These Folds and a selection of letters about the 2017 presidential election I Want You to Know Something About Me.

When Big Class becomes 826 New Orleans in 2018, we will open the New Orleans Haunting Supply Co., a storefront supplying good and services for the supernaturals of the Crescent City.

This Halloween season, bid to have a brilliant storyteller call you and tell you a ghost story, written by a young New Orleans author. Proceeds benefit Big Class, which will become 826 New Orleans in 2018.

"My path was shaped a bit by the fact that certain states cook without seasoning. Being a kid of New Orleans I am used to eating with a lot of flavor."
-Darrius, Grade 11, from History Between These Folds
